Hours are a starting point

Minimum and maximum hours are suggested timeframes based on what's typical for each service. They flex up or down to match what the client in front of us actually needs.

Service transfers welcome

Life changes. The right service today may not be the right service in two years. Kinbridge has an internal transfer process so you can move between services without starting from scratch.

what to expect

From first hello to first day.

We keep the process human, transparent, and paced to your situation. Timelines flex based on what needs to be worked out — housing, staffing, funding — but you always know what comes next.

  1. 01

    Meet & greet

A relaxed first conversation — in person or virtual — to see if Kinbridge is the right fit and which service makes the most sense.

  2. 02

    Discovery & assessment

Two to three meetings with our Assessment Coordinator. We use person-centered tools like a 'best day' exercise and one-page profile so the support plan reflects the real client.

  3. 03

    Tailored plan

We build a plan together with the individual, family, and any specialists who help — so supports match what matters most to you.

  4. 04

    Start date & transition

Once the plan is approved and funding is in place, we agree on a start date and walk through the transition together — housing, hiring, routines, and the rest.
